In short
- The invoice is free, with no obligation. Keep it whether or not you hire us.
- An invoice or estimate is information to help you negotiate. It is not a quote or an offer to sell.
- We are a vehicle brokerage, not a dealer, a lender or an insurer.
- You pay us only if you hire us to broker your purchase and agree to the fee in writing.
- One account works on both our sites. Keep your password safe.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use freeinvoicepricing.com, request an invoice or use your customer account. Free Invoice Pricing is the pricing service of Dedicated Auto Concierge, LLC (“DAC”, “we”, “us”).
By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
If you hire us to broker a purchase, you will also sign a written agreement for it. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement controls for that purchase.
2. What we provide
You tell us a new vehicle: the year, make, model and trim, your ZIP code, and a VIN if you have one. Your concierge calls or texts you to confirm the exact trim and options. We then make a copy of the dealer invoice for that vehicle available to download in your customer portal. It is not sent by text or email.
The invoice is free and comes with no obligation. You can keep it and use it with any dealer, whether or not you hire us.
What “the invoice” means
- Without a VIN, it is a like invoice: the dealer invoice for a vehicle of the same year, make, model, trim and options, not for the specific vehicle you will buy.
- With a VIN, we work to get the invoice for that exact vehicle.
- Where it comes from: a dealer in our network, or our own invoice library.
- What you receive is a copy we prepare, with the help of software, from the dealer's invoice. It shows MSRP and invoice line by line (base vehicle, options and packages, destination) and leaves out the name and details of the dealer it came from, and the VIN.
When there is no invoice
For some vehicles, such as exotics and a few scarce models, no dealer will share an invoice. When that happens we tell you so and give you our closest estimate of the invoice, based on market research and clearly labeled as an estimate. An estimate is not an invoice.
Timing and accuracy
Your concierge usually contacts you within minutes during business hours, and the invoice usually follows within a few business hours. These are typical times, not promises: a real invoice depends on a real dealer's reply.
We take care to copy invoices accurately, but manufacturers change prices and mistakes can happen. Check the figures that matter to you, and tell us if something looks wrong.
3. What we are not, and what an invoice is not
- Not a dealer, lender or insurer. DAC is a vehicle brokerage. We don't sell vehicles from our own stock, we don't lend money and we don't sell insurance.
- Information, not an offer. An invoice or estimate is not a quote, a price guarantee or an offer by us or any dealer to sell you a vehicle at that price. No dealer is bound by it.
- Your price is set with the dealer. It depends on things we don't control, such as incentives, rebates, dealer fees and add-ons, taxes, title and registration, region, timing and availability. A dealer's true cost can also differ from the invoice because of holdbacks, incentives and other payments from the manufacturer.
- Availability is not guaranteed. We can't promise that a vehicle, trim, option or color is available, that any dealer will sell to you, or that you will get a particular price.
- Not advice. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.
4. Your account
- One login for both sites. The email and password you create work on freeinvoicepricing.com and on dedicatedautoconcierge.com.
- Accurate details. Give us your real name and contact details and keep them up to date, especially your mobile number. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Keep your password safe. Don't share it, and don't reuse one from another site. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, text or call 772-249-6075 right away.
- Forgot your password? Text your concierge at 772-249-6075 and we will reset it.
- Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or abuse, gives false information or breaks these terms, and we may decline a request we reasonably believe is not genuine.
- Leaving. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the Privacy Policy explains.
5. Fees
- The invoice is free. We never charge for it and never ask for a card to get it.
- You pay us only if you hire us. If you want us to handle the purchase, we can broker it for a flat fee. We tell you the fee before you agree, and you owe nothing unless you agree to it in writing.
- Current brokerage fees: $967 for most vehicles, and $1,267 for rare or hard-to-find vehicles. We tell you which applies before you agree.
- Add-ons you approve. If you ask us to arrange transport or an inspection, you pay the provider's price (the carrier's quote or the inspection's cost) plus a scheduling fee, currently $100 for transport and $50 for an inspection. We tell you the total before you agree.
- Paid to others, not to us: the price of the vehicle, taxes, title and registration, and any dealer fees are paid to the dealer or the government.
- Optional products. If you choose to buy a vehicle service contract or another protection product through us, it comes with its own contract and price, which you see before you agree. We are paid a commission when we sell one. You never have to buy one.
- Payment and refunds. Fees are paid through our payment processor's secure checkout. Your written agreement says when a fee is due and when it can be refunded.
- Changes. We may change our fees for future engagements. The fee you agreed to in writing is the fee you pay.
6. Texts, calls and email
When you tick the first box on the request form, you ask DAC to get your invoice and to contact you about your request by text, call or email, at the number and address you gave us. These messages are about your request, including your concierge's offer to handle the purchase for you.
The second box is optional. If you tick it, DAC may also text you occasional pricing tips and offers, which may be sent using automated technology.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 772-249-6075.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours, or that you are allowed to use it, and you will tell us if it changes.
- To stop calls or emails, tell your concierge, or text or call 772-249-6075.
How we handle your number and your messages is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Use the service honestly and for what it is for: buying a vehicle for yourself, your family or your business. Please do not:
- give false information, or someone else's details without their permission;
- resell, publish or commercially share our invoices or estimates, or use them to build a competing service;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to make requests or copy the site;
- try to get into someone else's account or our systems, or interfere with the site's security or operation;
- harass anyone, including our team and the dealers we work with;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
You are welcome to print and keep your invoice and to show it to any dealer, adviser or family member while you shop.
8. Our content
This site, its text and design, and the invoice copies and estimates we prepare belong to DAC or to those who license them to us. You may use them for your own vehicle purchase as these terms describe, and for nothing else without our written permission.
9. Dealers and other businesses
Dealers, carriers, inspectors and the companies behind optional products are independent businesses, not part of DAC. The dealer sells you the vehicle and is responsible for it, including its condition, the manufacturer's warranty and the sale paperwork. Each business is responsible for its own work and its own terms. We negotiate and coordinate on your behalf within the scope you agree to in writing.
10. Disclaimers
We provide the site, the invoices and the estimates as they are and as available. We work to keep them accurate and the site running, but we can't promise that every figure is free of errors or up to date, or that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond the ones written in these terms, and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states don't allow some of these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost savings, a missed deal or the difference between the price you hoped for and the price you paid.
- For the free invoice service, our total responsibility to you for all claims is limited to $100.
- If you hired us and paid a fee, our total responsibility for that engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud or intentional misconduct, or takes away consumer rights that cannot be waived.
12. Changes, and ending the service
We may change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it. We may also update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, if a change is significant, tell you by text or email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
A change never alters a written agreement you have already signed, and it does not apply to a dispute that arose before the change.
13. Governing law and disputes
Talk to us first. If you have a problem, text or call us at 772-249-6075; most things can be fixed quickly. Before either of us starts a legal claim, we both agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dedicated Auto Concierge, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of the state where you live requires otherwise.
Where. A dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts for the county where DAC has its principal office, unless the law of your state lets you bring it where you live. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
14. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement for a purchase are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- The Spanish version of these terms is provided for convenience. Where the two differ, the English version controls.
